Parkway Place, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Aspen Tower is a high-end residential condominium located in Filinvest corporate City. It was developed and completed by Filinvest Alabang, Inc. in 2000. It is comprised of 23 floors with 123 residential apartments.

Hospitality International, Inc. was appointed as the Property Manager by the Aspen Tower Condominium Corporation in September 2004.

Since HII assumed this appointment (one (1) year ago as of the time of this writing), significant accomplishments and improvements in the physical plant and operation of the property, as well as in the financial condition of the condominium Corporation have been achieved.

Physical Plant
HII has undertaken/accomplished the following key capital improvement projects:

: :  rehabilitation of the water filtration system and pump room to insure adequate      and efficient supply of water to residents

: :  installation of power capacitor and light eco-devices as part of an energy      conservation program

: :  water proofing of concrete roofing as well as the exterior wall in the main      lobby to address major leakage problems

: :  rehabilitation of the buildings fire alarm system

: :  repainting and re-varnishing of the ground floor area (lobby, function room      and hallways)

: :  replacement/improvement of defective elevator call buttons & lighting systems

: :  several beautification projects such as 1) the repair & landscaping of the main      driveway area, 2) landscaping of the lobby, function area and pool area, 3)      repainting of fence grills in the driveway area & installation of additional      fencing in front of the gazebo/main fountain, 4) repair & repainting of canopy      in lobby entrance

: :  installation of new aircon system for the gym

: :  purchase of elevator parts

: :  installation of controller for automatic operation of transfer pumps
