Our “cash on cash” return on investment (ROI) to unit owners over the same period has averaged 11% p.a. This is a nominal as opposed to an effective yield (i.e. it does not factor in the time value of money). The effective yield would be higher considering that the unit owners receive their earnings on a monthly basis. In contrast, the average yield from rentals of condominium properties in Metro Manila has been 6%.
