HII provides a package of services to the unit owner via the rental pool.
Unit owner services within the rental pool include the following:
: : The sales and marketing of all apartments in the hotel rental program.
: : Minor maintenance of the interior of each owner’s unit.
: : Daily or weekly cleaning of the apartment.
: : Inspection of apartment interiors by management, maintenance and housekeeping staff.
: : Establishment of a replacement fund to assist owners with the periodic replacement and upgrade of furniture, fixtures and equipment based
upon a percentage of revenues earned from the rentals.
: : Preventive maintenance within the room to insure the longevity of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
: : Control of day-to-day operations of the hotel rental program.
: : Set-up of the payment of earnings to owner based upon owner’s preference.
: : Supervision and management of all employees involved in the hotel rental pool of apartments.
: : Preparation of all financial statements for the hotel operation on a
monthly basis.
: : Preparation of annual budgets for the hotel operation prior to each operational year.
: : Insuring the security of the owner’s asset.
