Hospitality International, Inc. has managed Parque España Residence Hotel from its inception in December 1999, when the turn-over of units to the unit owners was completed.

The condotel operations has funded significant improvements and additions to the amenities/facilities of the building, such as the roofdeck restaurant, the gym, the building security systems, and the lobby improvement.
